Can BRIA help with perimenopause insomnia?

Absolutely. Sleep disruptions are incredibly common during perimenopause and menopause, often triggered by night sweats, shifting hormones, or skyrocketing health anxiety.

BRIA’s sleep specialists deliver evidence-based, trauma-informed treatment. We utilize Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) alongside mindfulness and solutions-focused frameworks to help you break the cycle of sleep anxiety without relying solely on sedatives. What is BRIA’s Menopause Mental Health Provider Certification (MMHPC) training program?

The Menopause Mental Health Provider Certification program educates healthcare providers about the bio-psycho-social changes of midlife and helps clinicians effectively address the mental health needs of their clients who are going through the menopause transition and menopause.
